Hello Lee Knight, Thank you for sharing your concerns. we reviewed the sales call and found that you did in fact accept the charge for the setup fee, so we were a little unsure where this claim is stemming from, we would be happy to discuss your point of view further to have a better understanding. When we requested ownership of your Google listing it was simply so that we could take full responsibility for the search engine optimization and you are always free to take that ownership back should you ever decide working with 411 Locals is not in the best interest of your business. Finally, we did in fact change the phone number to a call forwarding number so that your business calls could be pre-screened at no additional charge during your first month. Pre-screening means we would answer all calls that came to you without limitation and prevent telemarketers from wasting your time by blocking them and sending you only true, business related calls. With this being said it seems like we had a definite opportunity with being more transparent when it came to the changes we would be making, as too many changes to a Google Listing can cause Google to request a reverification of the business listing to confirm the changes. We hope this clarifies things for you and we sincerely regret how things turned out.

Hi Dequais Shannon, It definitely sounds like there is a misunderstanding and thank you for presenting your point of view to us. 411 Locals is a search engine optimization company and we specialize in helping your business get on the first page of Google. 411 Locals is not a "lead generating" service, we do not make outbound calls on behalf of your business, leads come naturally by potential customers being attracted to your business when they see it on Google's first page. We definitely do not have a "cancellation" fee. What you were charged was a prorated amount for the days of service 411 Locals worked to provide search engine optimization services. We hope this has cleared up any confusion and we would love to give this another go once you have had some time to reflect.
