I ordered the incorrect rear floor liner, based on a truck I had ordered where I expected it NOT to have the foldable under-seat storage and when the truck arrived, it was equipped with the storage. I contacted 3W and they responded within just an hour or two. For the cost of shipping, they sent me the correct rear liner with no expectation of me returning the original. Let me stress: this was MY FAULT and they were still EXTREMELY accommodating and helpful. This is my experience with 3W and service has been exceptional, in addition to the products being an excellent fit and very well made. I will only buy 3W liners from now on!

I honestly cannot say enough great things about my experience with 3wliners. I ordered the wrong liners on my first order. They made the return and exchange process so easy and convenient. When I did get my 3wliners in they fit perfectly! I’m Not even exaggerating, the fit is factory fit and the material they use are high quality. I couldn’t be happier. Everyone in the customer service department is fantastic to work with. Kudos to them for holding a high standard.

First time ordering from this company. Funny story...ordered for my new truck put them in this morning. Went to chick-filet for lunch and grabbed sodas for employees, arm knocked them all over the new mats. They saved the day just in time and they are a great product. Better than Weather Tech or the OEM mats from Ford.

The 3W mats that was ordered and installed are super! They fit perfect, look great and the coverage is so good! They lay flat with no trip hazards and no flaps that won't lay down. The price was very affordable. I definitely would recommend and purchase again.

The customer service is exceptional! I had ordered the wrong mats for my truck and sent them an inquiry about returns and had a response almost immediately back with options for returning my purchase. In between this, my father went into hospice and I had not responded to their inquiry about the return. They reached out to me again just making sure that I had seen the email and if I had decided about my return options. To me that kind of customer service is one of a kind. The product itself was of superior quality and I wish they had fit because I would’ve loved to have kept them!

I just now received my order! It is unbelievable how form fitting your 3W Liners are compared to Weathertech. Your 3W Liners hug the sides and have the adequate depth to fit. The Weathertech either arrived warped or got warped on the sides and customer service would argue they weren't warped. They DID NOT hug the sides or the floor. I told them I was tired of explaining, and would try someone else. I also like that your liners don't collect stuff in the attachment holes because yours are sealed on top! They are beautiful and look easy to clean. THANK YOU 3W LINERS:)

What a fantastic customer service experience as well as an absolute brilliant product/ products. I made an error in ordering a set I thought had a certain design but turned out it was only available on a different option. The customer service team quickly answered my request for a return and helped me pick the product that had what I was looking for. I was always kept in the loop and communication was constant on the status of my return and delivery of new order. I was always dealt with in a very warm manner and felt like a vip client.
