Order refused despite both items being in stock
I ordered floor mats and a boot liner as a bundle because the site clearly offers the option to buy them together or separately. Two days later, I got an email saying the products were out of stock and I needed to cancel or choose something else. When I wrote back to ask which item was unavailable, they told me that both were actually in stock, but the promotion was no longer valid. To be clear, this wasn’t a limited-time promotion—it’s how they always list the products, either as a bundle or separately. I chose the bundle because I wanted to buy both together, not to be told after paying that the bundle isn’t honored. Then they essentially pushed me to buy each item separately for a higher price. I have written proof of this. Very disappointing and misleading experience
