I am loving 3dCart! The software and support available online are well written and super helpful! I am loving the results of my free themed website and especially the price. I'm withholding the 5th star only because I haven't launched my site yet, and want to wait to get through the gate before giving a total "thumbs up". I believe, my frustrations with the timeliness of their live support response (recorded in an earlier review) is due to circumstances beyond their control, i.e. the pandemic, and am now very satisfied with their response time. While the chat isn't "instant", and requires patience, the wait for phone support has been very reasonable and they are very, very thorough and helpful. And they really have someone there around the clock, every day! I like that they have knowledge based articles covering every problem I've had so far and always send me links to back up what they've told me, so I barely have to take notes! ;) Go 3dCart!

This is my second go around with 3dcart. After leaving another cart, I returned to 3dcart remembering my positive experience previously. I was disappointed that they started charging for modules just like the other guys apps. I have to say I didn’t have as many issues setting up the store on the other cart. I was up and running in no time and making sales. You get slot more options with 3dcart just not as smooth. We also have not made any sales since the switch due to some of the complexities of setup

We are a 20 year old eCommerce company. Our company has used 3d cart for several years. We have also used other platforms before switching to 3dcart. There are pluses and minuses to every platform. I would say the biggest (really my only) negative is support staff. This problem is not limited to 3dcart. Finding good employees has become harder in all fields. With that being said, In my opinion, being a smaller company is their biggest advantage. Not that 3d is small, but relatively speaking, you will have a better chance of being heard at 3dcart than the other top competitors. They do have very knowledgeable support staff, they are just sometimes hard to get to. Some of the negative reviews I read are just rants. At times I have had rants also. Again, dealing with a smaller company, you will have a better shot at getting your issues heard and resolution. Overall all - my experience has been positive.

Great company, excellent customer service. 4 Stars because they don't support my current credit card processing company and now have to search for a new one, but staying with 3Dcart as my platform.

Great company, great customer service. Old outdated backend software. Extremely difficult to use the themes, make customizations etc. Otherwise a great value and great tech / customer support.

If you are starting a new website & have a good amount of produce you know will sell. This is a great site for you. Very easy to learn how to use in a few days. round the clock help on the phone. You can't beat peace of mind that if something breaks you have someone to fix it or explain what the problem is. I set up two these for the company I work for and the second one was set up even faster because I know how the processes works. Would recommend this for a company first website.

Have been using 3dcart with minimal issues for years. I have an IT background, so maybe things are just easier for me. When support is needed, it can take some time to get a response, response was instant when I first started using this platform. My sales did increase when switching from my old platform to this one.

3dCart offers myriads of ways to customize your online store. 3dCart even gives you access to the HTML code and CSS file for most of the main pages, which allows you to tweak things if you wish (but you don't have to get into the coding if you don't want to; many of the options can be turned on and off with radio buttons). The well-thought-out features provide your customer with a robust shopping experience. To achieve this degree of customizability, be advised that the administrator interface is quite complex. It takes time to learn which section of the dashboard activates your desired options. I recommend going with at least the Basic plan so you have 24/7 access to the phone tech support, which I've found to be polite and knowledgeable.
