I've been with 3d cart for I guess it's been about 6 or 7 years. As a website designer with a side business selling restaurant guest checks my product line got too big and complicated for me to manage as I would client websites that are not ecommerce. I chose 3dcart after checking around ALOT. I still check around just because I think that's smart. I like the price. I like the options. I prefer the service. Now I've seen some less than stellar customer service from time to time but I have to say that's gotten far more consistently better year over year. I think this matters because, as a website designer, I only need help with the more unusual issues rather. An example of this was a quirk in how we ship ground UPS when over 150 pounds. It was really a UPS issue. Complicated but suffice it to say the customer service person took down the problem, repeated it back to me to make sure he understood it and sent it to be worked on. A couple days later the IT people had a fix in place. Working with GoDaddy I often see them not listening well, assuming I am talking about a common issue and then I have to push past their bad diagnosis and repeat the problem more than once to get through to them. That does not happen with 3dcart. It doesn't happen because the people answering the phone are listening to what you are saying and they are well-trained enough to know if they can help or they need to make a ticket to send it up...and over the years that has happened a few times. I've seen some cranky reviews but it's important to understand ecommerce is an ever-evolving business. It's wrong to assume it's super simple to use any platform like this. Still, I've had clients use other platforms who've run into problems that just don't get solved or they are put trough nightmarish nonsense to get to a solution. I have never had that with 3dcart. Bumps, sure, but it works out and without putting people through a crap storm of days of back and forth just trying to get someone to get what you are saying. So, yeah, damn right 5 stars.

3Dcart has been amazing for my startup business! It has been really easy for me to upload my products and understand how to navigate it. Also, the Tech Support Team has been EXCELLENT in helping me with things I don't understand.

I've found 3 D Cart to be an excellent platform for my business needs. Its:- - Very easy to set up and use - Rarely any issues/downtime - Excellent and timely support - Easy to customise - Super simple to change your website design (using one of the many templates they have available) - Offers excellent value for money - Supports multiple payment options - Supports multi-currency display My only negative, it was very expensive to install the SSL Certification at US$49 (that said I could and should really have done myself). I would definitely recommend 3dCart, especially for website novices. Sunny T

So far the most impressive platform I stumbled upon.

3cart helped Wilberforce University create a product so we could accept donations from donors and alunmni. This was an emergency and the 3dcart team helped me with setup, changes, reports, and navigating the system. The team was professional, patience and willing to do anything to help!

So far I have received excellent support from 3dCart, and they have met all my needs to this point. As the business grows, 3dCart will be able to meet my future needs as well.

Listen, I have a convoluted product line. I have tried several other major platforms and 3dcart is the best. They have all the options I need from tiered pricing to product options to bundles all without buying extra add-ons or taking a chunk of sales. 3dcart has all the options you need to sell online out of the box, whereas you have to pay extra on almost all it's competitors. You can use your own merchant processor. So you're only paying the monthly fee for 3dcart, not a percentage. It's actually kind of tough to compare apples to apples in the shopping cart market. But 3dcart offers so much, with just the one monthly payment. The customer service is great. I'm super happy with 3dcart. I really can't say enough good things about them.
