I have ordered vapes, tinctures, drinks, and edibles from 3 Chi. The full throttle gummies are the best. Other products mostly good except for the drinks which never did anything. I will continue to order the vapes and gummies as they are better than I can get at my local dispensary. The shipping is another matter. Some orders have taken as much as 10 days. The charge for shipping a bag of gummies was about eight bucks. They were ordered 10 days ago and tracking says they may be here by tomorrow. This has been typical. If you need something from them, I would advise you allow two weeks for delivery. Reminds me of the old days of mail order. Cheers!

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I just placed my 4th order on 3chi.com this week. The products I have received have been very high-quality. I suffer from debilitating chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, among other things. I am prescribed ~25 pills per day from my doctors. But when I take 1 or 2 gummies from 3chi, they have helped TREMENDOUSLY! I have noticed I don't reach for my pain or anxiety pills at all the entire day when I have taken a couple gummies. I do order the high potency products since I do have such a high tolerance with all the other medications I am on. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes to ship and get the products. I placed my first order on a Thursday afternoon and had the order Saturday morning. But since then, the subsequent orders have unfortunately taken one and a half to two weeks to receive. I would pray for expedited shipping if it was a whole lot cheaper. $40 is very very high. They need to work out a deal with UPS or FedEx for cheaper shipping imo. But even with the slow shipping frustration, I have found that their customer service team is an A+. I have emailed them a couple of times and they have replied almost immediately. They are extremely helpful, responsive, and very kind. I was nervous the first time I ordered, but I have been extremely happy overall. Thank you 3chi! Just work on shipping quicker and maybe lowering the product prices, if possible, and I'll change my four star review to five. 😊 KS

First order from them. Ordered a variety pack on 12/17/22 received on 12/22/22, not bad. BUT.......but variety pack was missing 1 pack of gummies. Don't want a refund, don't want a credit, just want my order correct. BUT... Update 1/3/23 - Sent email to 3chi; they wanted pics of order/items (set); they set out replacement; received on 12/27/22, ok good on the replacement, rating moved up to 4 stars from 2.
