I found 3CHI Soothe CBD oil which has given me mild joint pain relief. However, when I did more research, I found that they do not test for glycophosphate contamination. Online I learned that hemp absorbs glyphosate and other toxins from contaminated soil because it acts as a bioaccumulator which naturally pulls heavy metals, chemicals, and pesticides out of the ground at high rates. The World Health Organization's International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies glyphosate as a probable human carcinogen based on animal studies and limited human data linking it to non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Given what I believe is the high probability that non-organic hemp may be contaminated, I will now only use organic hemp products. I have found several reputable sources of organic hemp products at similar pricing to 3CHI online. NOTE: I have been unable to post a review on the 3CHI website.

There is nothing wrong with their actual products. I love their Granddaddy Pluto, Berry White and Pink Rozay. But they have gone downhill since they "updated/upgraded" their shipping process. It used to be if you ordered anything before noon on a weekday your order shipped out that same day. I ordered some vapes from them on this past Tuesday(4/1/25) and it still hasn't shipped. Oh I mean I got an email saying it shipped out but according to the tracking only a shipping label has been created. The USPS hasn't even gotten it for its first scan yet and it's Friday afternoon. They don't ship on weekends and I have a feeling my order won't actually be shipped till sometime next week. I feel like I'll be lucky if I ever get it at all. I have had shipping issues with them since January and it's getting worse. Im sorry but they've lost me. I'm only giving them 2 stars because their products are great. But their "upgrades" to their shipping process have made them not even worth doing business with. I wish I could get a refund but since my order is "completed" its too late. 3chi tried to fix something that wasn't broken and they're losing customers because of it. I have a couple of friends who also order from them that are having the same issues. So it's not just me. It pains me to even have to leave this review because until the new year I had nothing but good to say about 3Chi and I recommend them to many people. But I am beyond frustrated after months of having shipping issues. Especially for the $$$ I'm spending with them.

Quality is better than most headshop products. However, they only upload reviews they find acceptable and that they want people to read. You'll notice on their page specifically all the 5 star reviews blowing ALL their products out of the water. Sure. the first gummy was good. After that you could hardly tell you're eating them. If it did anything for me I really don't know. I used their vapes and concentrates for a while, but they have this new platinum cart, claims its 2ML fluid, yet you cant even see through this thing and dont know how much liquid is really in it. $40 a vape and it's just your standard, yet clean, unharsh, straight cannabinoid based juice. It's not stronger than the dirty d8 juice you can get at a headshop, but it does the job without feeling like your throat is going to burn off. Poor cartridge design, and the company wouldnt upload my review after asking me to review it. So yeah, could've been a 5 star customer, but since you wanna practice shady transparency with customers, Good luck in the future. Long time business with you out the window for that.
