This Company offers fraudulent offers. I received a Buy One Get One Free offer and it was NOT honored pursuant to the offer.

Very poor quality control. Glasses arrived with one lens chipped at the bottom. Simple inspection would have revealed it. Customer service is useless. But, hey, they "understand my frustration"... International delivery is $30 every direction, so you end up with paying 3 times for shipping, almost $90. Will never make the mistake of buying there again.

first of all I ordered glasses a month ago it took them forever to complete the order then they shipped it and tracking said it was going to be on one day it wasn't there. then when it did get there it got stolen out of the mailbox because they didn't send it appropriately where a signatures required. since I reported it to them and asked them to make me some more glasses they have done nothing but refuse and pretty much tell me it's my responsibility if something gets stolen out of the mailbox we don't have a lot of money and I bought two pairs of glasses over $500 for me in my life that was stolen they have harassed me an emails told me they're not responsible and I'm on my own. thank goodness PayPal has protections for these things because $39 glasses.com is so cheap it doesn't even put insurance on the glasses that they send you probably because the glasses aren't worth anything. I can see why they have a two-star rating at most reviews places. do not buy from this company they are terrible and their customer service is horrendous they pretty much accuse you of trying to rip them off if a package is stolen. read all the fine print before you buy from them or you will be charged enormously out of pocket for just about any warranty service. they are dirty a dirty company.

Glasses broke day 2

Im usually that would rate this a 5 star but this time was not the best experience. Even with paying the over night fee my glasses took almost 2 weeks to get to my house. As well did not appreciate not being notified that there was issue with my glasses that’s what cause the delay I had to call in order to get update.

The glasses I received did not have the right prescription in the lenses. Cannot use then at all.

The lenses on my sunglasses came a difffent color than the one I asked for. Very Disappointing since I’ve always had good experiences

Glasses delivered were damaged, nose piece was missing, lenses scratched, prescription was wrong. I won't be ordering anything anymore.
