Although they have a good selection and I have ordered a few times their return policy is crap. Because I ordered clearance frames only and paid cost for lenses. They are saying the lenses are part of clearance even though they are listed separately depending on what you choose. So now I am stuck witha crappy pair of eyeglasses unless I want to reorder at 50% my cost. So much for a worry free policy. I am not satisfied and cannot see clearly and just went to eye dr.so it is not my eyes that is wrong.

Glasses didn’t look like I expected. Don’t fit well. Too big for my face

I did receive my Hemingway pair of glasses. I think it’s my 4th pair. Each pair last about a year till it’s corners become loose and do not stay on firm. A fix for this problem is needed.

I received my new eye glasses but the quality, look and feel of the frames is less satisfying than I expected. Is there any ability to return for a different pair?

Glasses have nice sturdy frames that fit well. The lenses were right prescription. The closeup part of the glass t could be a little lower in the prescription and the lenses could be a little darker. Overall the glasses are functional for me.

the ordering and processing was quick and simple. frames were what i expected. the quality of the lenses is another story. unless looking directly out the front of the glasses a shadow or 2nd image. i ordered glasses from 2 other companies and neither have this issue. ordered from you before and didn't have this issue. very disappointed in the quality.
