39DollarGlasses.comReviews of 39dollarglasses.com

This is a honest and unbiased review. The glasses I ordered arrived as promised, packed and shipped with care. The quality is “okay” for the price I payed. The fit is comfortable enough for their use (driving), though I couldn’t recommend wearing them throughout the entire day. The lens seems to be durable, but I do see some minor distortion on the outer edges. I ordered these to see how this prescription would fit my needs before I will order a better quality of frames. I found a comfortable frame at a local retailer thats available in rx which includes nice clip on shades and was hoping 39DG could offer me similar, but after speaking with the representative at 39DG, they did not offer that particular type or similar. The representative was helpful and attentive. She also was able to give me my discount that did not show up when I checked-out on line. Overall, I would recommend 39DG for a second option or spare pair if needed. They may offer a better quality frame at a higher price, but I did not choose that option at this time.

the online assistant seemed kind of snooty in there reply to some of my questions. Other than that the process was painless. I do wish the frames i purchased were a bit smaller, they seamed much larger that I expected. They work for what I need, Ill settle for the price, as I only wear them at my desk at work.

Good glasses except one of the arms are loose and the other is stiff. Wish they where both stiff.

Worst company to work with my glasses got lost I called them they said they would replace them. I waited three weeks. Call them back. The lady literally laughed at me. She didn’t offer to send me the two pair that were ready since they were still waiting on one of the pairs I’ve been waiting since June for these glasses for my autistic son. She laughed at me and I’ve used their company several times. It’s not the glasses it’s the people that work for them. They don’t care. It’s just a job I would never order from them again I used to separate companies I got my glasses in nine days and they’re just as cute. I would never use this company buyer beware.

The frames are not the quality I had hoped. But the service and experience ordering was good.

My overall experience was good. Great price, great value. I had to pause trying to find where to put in the prescription. The other thing was the glasses were black rather than gunmetal (silver). Understand that if given the option, I would use 39dollarglasses.com again. These are the best of discount glasses experiences I have found thus far.

The grey tinted lens was horribly dark. Couldn't see a thing in the car or in the house and made colors look strange. The yellow line on the road looked pink and the sky was turquoise. LSD experience! Glad I was able to return them for a refund.

Still would like to know where my two credits from previously purchased went? I have tried to find them to apply to newest order, no luck. Please advise. Service is fine. Glasses great. Just want to know where the credits went?
