Site was easy to use no issues. Signed up for the free 7 day trial and was able to make multiple forms. Only issue I had was trouble using the live chat to cancel the membership. I got a hold of customer service a while after trying and was over the 7 days but luckily I received a full refund. Good site just needs some work on getting through to customer service via chat and phone.
