I paid for Express shipping but did not…
I paid for Express shipping but did not receive the banner in time for the event. I contacted customer service and did not hear back. I have not been issued a refund for the express shipping. The banner itself is well produced.

Hi Christine, We're so sorry Fedex didn't deliver your banner on time and we can definitely refund you the shipping fee, but we also offered you a complete refund if you didn't need the banner anymore. I can’t imagine anyone working harder…
I can’t imagine anyone working harder to make an image better than and clearer that what we gave them & turn out a super bright, sharp image on high quality material, reasonably priced even when needed in just 2 days!!
