If you want a couch in normal time…
If you want a couch in normal time don’t order from this company!!! They take your money and then play games for months telling you that it’s back ordered which tells me that, they are taking our money and then using it to buy the furniture from China and that’s why shipping is taking so long!!!! I’m still waiting on my over 4 thousand dollar couch 3 months later! I paid an d ordered this couch Oct 15th then a month later Nov 13th they give me a tracking number but nothing ever comes, it’s now Dec 11th almost 3 months later and still haven’t received the couch! But they will have you confirm shipping a hundred times so make sure to be watching emails and text messages because if you miss one of there confirming messages that delays shipping even longer!

Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. Unless you want to be repeatedly lied to and waiting now for 6 weeks for your furniture, with someone giving you a different time frame every time you call - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Have been repeatedly promised different time frames, told it will arrive today a week ago, then told that they don’t actually know. Promised to be updated with no updates four days later, no one picking up unless I repeatedly call them. Please save yourself from the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Opting for the floor
The couch is like sitting on a rock. It literally feels like someone put sheets of plywood in the middle along with a few packing peanuts and stripped a layer of leather on top. Its awful. Sure it looks fine, but I have friends who are opting to sit on the floor rather than the couch because of how uncomfortable it is. For the price we paid, this is outrageous. Whatever you do- save your money this brand/company is not worth it. Quality is terrible.

i ordered the camel chair which was…
i ordered the camel chair which was supposed to be polyester filled. i am now seeing feathers. They were suppose to send couch covers but they sent something different. Difficult to deal with when thor is a problem

SHADY…SCAM! DON’T BUY !!!
Don’t buy. Incredibly cheap furniture !!! I bought a chair to be assembled. BAAAAAD everything is extremely BAD! Instructions don’t make sense. It’s not even English, just some words put together incoherently. Holes don’t line up. Screws don’t fit. Wood cracks when the screws go in. Screws poke out the wood. Numbers written in Sharpie on the wood. Seats made of cheap thin synthetic material and stapled on cardboard. FAKE REVIEWS. EXTREMELY SHADY ONLINE STORE! COULD NOT RETURN...

The literal worst furniture company to…
The literal worst furniture company to ever exist. We purchased a sectional, armchair and ottoman from them in mid July. We were promised delivery by the latest August 18th. After a lot of emails and constantly being told that our furniture wasn’t in stock, we were finally told it would be to us within 5-7 days. We were excited, but only for the shipping company they work with to tell us it will be another month before we receive our furniture. They are beyond shady and talk you into keeping your order, promising they will give you extra stuff with your order. We are still trying to cancel our order, but they are giving us an extremely difficult time. If I were to do it all over again, I would run far, far away from these people. Horrendous business model and operate on lies to keep customers.

Quality of Sofa is Horrendous! Get as far away from 25Home as you can!
Quality of furniture is poor, at best. Go anywhere else and you’ll be happier, trust me! I tried return the sofa but I was 10 days past the 30 day cutoff; understandably, they didn’t accept my plea for a return. I was willing to pay more out of pocket to get atleast a decent return back on the sofa but they didn’t care. Ontop of all that, the wait was unbearable. I waited 2.5 months for the delivery to be made, after I already paid. They offered me a busted nightstand as compensation. Hooray for me! Trust me, go somewhere else. You’ll find better quality furniture/sofas and better customer service. 25Home is a scam and I wish I said no to them originally, when I was going to look elsewhere for a sofa.

Cannot get their production together, never received order
Ordered a table in January, for delivery within a week. After placing the order and paying, was informed the table is in “pre-production” and wouldn’t be ready until March. After many follow-ups and further delays, order was cancelled in July and refunded because the table never became available. Throughout this entire time, the item was showing as in stock and ready to ship on the website.
