Best Online Purchase Ever
The purchasing process was relatively easy. I wish they had more payment options because I had wanted to use two different cards. However, the process was smooth. It took about 3 weeks before the sofa arrived, and its just like the pictures show. Large enough for four and very comfortable. Assembly was easy and straight forward. We love the sofa so much we are planning of purchasing another here soon. Thanks 25home

Best couch but needs more cushions and pillows
We absolutely this the texture, look and cushion of this couch! The only things we would change would be to make the couch a little higher, so not as low to the ground, and have additional back cushions because you are basically laying down without the additional cushions and pillows. We used additional cushions and pillows from a couple pieces we could not fit into our place. Still would like these cushions to be included in the original order, along with additional pillows. Other than that, this is an amazing couch. Already received so many compliments on it! *Edit: The company reached out to me to help make my experience even better by getting an order of back cushions, pillows and taller feet for our sectional. Thank you to the customer service team for the help and support in making this a wonderful experience! You have a great team!

The customer service was amazing
The customer service was amazing! We had ordered a couch from a high end retailer and we’re treated terribly without ever receiving our order. 25home was awesome we had immediate response to all our questions. It took only 2 weeks from initial contact to delivery of the couch. The delivery company that they used was top notch and so helpful!

Highly recommend
I love this couch! It’s perfect size and super comfortable. It truly is scratch proof as I have two big dogs who love to use the couch too. Highly recommend especially people with pets!
