Surprisingly good service
I recently purchased a couch from 25home and must admit I was quite apprehensive due to some negative reviews online. However, my experience turned out to be fantastic! The customer service was top-notch, and the delivery was surprisingly fast, arriving in just 3 weeks. The couch itself is of great quality, and my family and I are pleased with our purchase. It seems like the bad reviews might be isolated cases where things went really wrong, and communication was an issue. Thankfully, that wasn't the case for me, and I am genuinely happy with the entire process. If you're considering buying from 25home, I can confidently recommend them based on my own positive experience. Kudos to their team for a job well done!

We just loved the couch

The service we received from 25 home…
The service we received from 25 home was amazing. The sectional came faster then anticipated. We were kept up to date on time of shipment and when to expect delivery. The sectional comfort is everything they say it is and so easy to configure to your standards. We love it.

Beautiful sofa!!
Absolutely beautiful sofa - everything we could have asked for and more. The color is just as pictured. It's very soft and comfortable and as we've already seen, durable. No puncture holes from the cats and no scratches. Delivery was a breeze and came quickly - in fact a little early.
