This is a great couch! I am so happy with the purchase. Like many people I was nervous ordering from a “Facebook add” but after diving deep into Reddit I was hopeful. It took a bit to get the couch because I ordered during a sale so they ran out of stock but once it shipped it got to me very quickly. They are extremely light so we were able to carry them up to our stilted Florida home super easily. The couch was already assembled in the boxes so extremely easy to unpack. We had a little difficulty getting the clips underneath to stay closed but I think that’s due to our uneven floor not the couch. They are super comfortable and a great quality. A little low from other couches I’ve had but my dogs love that, and if I recall I saw somewhere on the website feet you can maybe change out? I’m hoping I can find those and make it a little taller but if not that really is no issue. The customer service was also great, they responded quickly and were always helpful. Overall I was over the moon with this purchase! 10/10 recommend.

Ordering, shipping, and delivery were simple and easy. The setup of the sectional and armchair was easy to complete. Love the extended seat of the Sandwich line and the softness of the pillows.

Love my couch - great experience. 25Home Furniture team communicated along the way. Would recommend the quality and experience.

I bough an all-leather corner sectional recently and I love the customer service and the quality of the sofa. Their sales rep Sunny is diligent and meticulous. She answered all my pre-sale questions tirelessly and followed up to ensure my specific request was delivered as promised. The sofa looks modern and feels great. My entire family is super satisfied with the purchase. I highly recommend this brand.

My experience with customer service made this 5 stars. I purchased a dining table and there was an issue with my order. There's an assigned customer service representative who followed up with my order from the beginning to the end. She was reliable and was able to offer solutions to solve the issue. Thank you!

I was nervious about buying this Sectional on line without seeing it first but went ahead after reading all in info included. It turned out to be a great experience! I bought the sandwich sectional in Camel leather. It looks feels fabulous!! Delivery was as promised and it was very easy to put it together.it is very wide and requires more pillows but easy fix! Communication has been excellent, I highly recommend this product and company. Go For It. Bruce T

This was the best experience I had buying furniture. Customer service was great and delivery was faster than expected. I read so many reviews and this couch is as amazing as everyone said.

The couch is exactly as described on the website. When I was purchasing I had a difficult time finding the option for white glove delivery but when I responded to the email I received one back by a real person who got it all set up for me. The delivery men were extremely respectful fast and kind they removed all of the trash and were quick but thorough. The couch is extremely comfortable and just what I was expecting from the description. With the amazing customer service I received and the quick delivery and the comfort of the couch I really do feel the company, the customer service and the couch earned the 4 stars.
