Sofa arrived within days of ordering. We requested additional taller feet and they also arrived promptly at no cost. All was as advertised. No surprises. Order 5743

Lisa and Momo were the two people I dealt with and they were very kind and so willing to help and provided great service and benefits. Response time was a little long but they always responded within a few hours. I received the 130” camel sandwich. Extremely comfortable. Fits a family of 4 with everyone stretched. ( I have an 8 and 5 year old) Had no idea what air leather was but I am very pleased with the material quality.

Customer service of both sales team and after sales team was amazing. They were attentive and very responsive. We were not able to receive the products until a month after purchase. They were able to accommodate our request and had the product shipped later with thorough instruction.

Having never ordered a big ticket item sight unseen, we were nervous about what we would receive. However, all our worry was for nothing. The sectional is stunning and the quality is exceptional. Jeff at customer service could not have been kinder or more responsive to our questions.

I adore my new sectional sofa set. It feels that I got the luxury set from a high-end store but at a much more reasonable price. The quality is not at all comprised. I am unable to attest to its durability yet. The delivery process is fast and service is superb. I was nervous at first with my online purchase but now I’m glad I did.

Amazing customer service. Victor went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. Loved how fast we received our couch, it only took about a week! Not to mention the couch we chose is extremely comfortable and great quality. Highly recommend, and will be shopping here again in the future.

This will be a very detailed review •My Experience: Researching Phase• I was initially unsure about this company since I’d only heard about it through social media. I thought I’d look into it and found it hard to tell whether the reviews I was seeing were written by real people or not. I also saw a few horror stories on Reddit about delayed deliveries, difficulty contacting the company when problems arose, items arriving damaged, etc., which made me a bit nervous. I was also seeing a lot of mixed reviews online. Most of the people sharing content about this company’s products were on tiktok and I could see that it was a style that I definitely liked. But most of the content seemed sponsored or was otherwise made by influencers. I wasn't confident that their reviews would be honest. So I was either seeing the worst of the worst reviews or positive reviews from people who were probably paid to post about it. A bit bleak. But I needed a new couch desperately and decided to go for it anyway. •Purchasing Phase• I bought the Plume Sectional Sofa. For any on who hasn’t used Afterpay before, please be aware that you will not be able to split up the cost into interest-free payments if the price is under a certain amount (I can’t remember what the threshold is). But just so you aren’t surprised! After ordering, I received an email from a kind representative named Norah, who was very helpful and responsive. She did notify me that the item I ordered was actually out of stock but would be restocked within a few weeks’ time. I was a bit troubled that the actual website itself didn’t say that the item was out of stock. Norah mentioned that’s something the team is working on fixing. Just a heads up that this is possible! Needless to say, this worried me. I wasn’t sure if this was an indication that I’d just been swindled or not (it wasn’t). Still, Norah remained responsive and answered all the questions I had for her. I had to confirm that I’d be available to receive the delivery curbside and she gave me some information about what to do if the items arrived damaged in any way, which I appreciated. •Delivery Phase• Once the sofa was back in stock, she told me right away and she worked on coordinating with the delivery people. They called me to confirm a date and time for delivery, it was pretty straightforward. The boxes were a lot larger than I accounted for - they were actually on a pallet! I didn’t have a dolly large enough to handle that so I did have to rent one at U-Haul. This was the only real complication. •My Sofa Review• Once I got it unpacked, I was really impressed! The sofa is beautiful, the fabric of the covers is sturdy and a really nice texture. The cushions are soft and so comfortable to lounge on. Overall, I’d say the whole experience was worth it! I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who would like a nice quality sofa without having to sell your liver on the black market.
