Got the Aalto sofa at 103inches with ottoman. Its been a very comfortable sofa. The padding that comes with the sofa is a bit on the plush side so I had to firm it up by adding some dense foam. But beyond that its been a great sofa. What im not impressed with is their marketing. Frequently flaunt "sales" or "discounts" but they just inflate the base price drastically to hit that. As an example i got the above sofa for the $1700 range. No sales or anything. They are currently having a "flash sale" claiming up to 65% off. My sofa is 65% for the low low price of $1971 marked down from $5600. So shop wisely with them as much of their "marketing" is grossly full of lies.

Sofa dimensions are perfect. Color is as expected. Delivery was easy and on time. Set up was easy. Only issue is the leather is crazy slippery never seen anything like it. Seems like some kind of wax is likely used on top. But no one wants to sit on it you slide right off.

Please never buy from here. I saw their furniture first on Sammy Furrah's youtube channel. I assumed they were good to be honest the furniture they have online is awesome but their customer service is horrible. Chronology of events 1. Pushed me to buy 2. Realized delivery date is after a month 3. Tried to contact them (THERE IS NOT WAY TO CONTACT THEM APART FROM AN EMAIL) 4. Still awaiting their response The pushiness that they gave when I ordered is not there when I want to cancel Inspite of me loving their furniture I can say I hate their customer service However, if I find a smooth resolution I will come back and update my negative review Newly Added information:- They gave the refund I hope their logistics get better because the products are truly good looking

The delivery and set up, as well as your customer service were outstanding. The couch is very nice and good quality. However, it is very low and difficult getting off the couch as my wife is physically disabled. We think adding more pillows may correct this issue.

I love the look of the couch and chair I got (Aalto - Cream). I have already cleaned it by vacuuming and that went well. However the fabric is already pilling... which it says it is resistant to that. My boyfriend who is 6' tall isn't happy with the loungability of it... he is too long even with the ottoman. He wishes there was more leg resting room. The sit of it is still a little firm... I was hoping it would be more comfortable. Overall though, I do like it and will be keeping it.

I ordered a $3K couch from 25home at the end of November that was supposed to arrive within 50 days (Jan 17). Some time about 2-3 weeks before the delivery date I realized I hadn’t gotten any shipping confirmation. I emailed the company and they informed me it would arrive late. This felt wrong because it was not they who had reached out to me but me that had to investigate to even figure out this furniture was arriving nowhere near the promised date. They made excuses about customs and about it being a custom order and taking longer (which is why it was going to take a hefty 50 days to begin with). Then they said February 4. Then they said February 10. Then finally I got my couch feb 17. Each time the order ran later I had to send emails to find out. The company never kept me posted on its own. In fact, I was surprised to receive so many outreach emails after I received the couch, until I finally realized it was because I had left a bad review and they wanted me to take it down for a little cash. Where was this diligent customer service when I had order issues? It’s a nice couch. I will never order from them again.
