25home FurnitureReviews of 25home.com

Love the caramel sandwich sectional set. It's very nice and comfortable and worth every pennies. The actual color is perfect better than what is shown on the photos. The air leather feels very soft, warmth and cozy, just like suede except it's waterproof and you can easily wipe off any liquids that accidently spilled. Perfect if you have kids and pets. The customer services and shipping team are very helpful and responsive to my questions. Excellent product and A+ customer services. I would buy it again and recommend to anyone who is looking to buy furniture.

I'm very, very happy with my new couch and 25home's customer service! The couch is exactly as advertised and was shipped in the timeframe they said it would be. I would bet the vast majority of the bad reviews are from people who didn't look at their confirmation emails for more than two seconds and missed the part where it says in big, bright red, bold letters to "PLEASE CONFIRM WITH US BY REPLYING TO THIS EMAIL", and then also missed a similar "Please let us know if you are ready to receive your order" in the shipping confirmation email. There was a slight hiccup with the shipping company, when they called me to confirm the delivery schedule it was a different time slot than what was originally listed in my tracking info. That new slot didn't work for me, so I had to make a few phone calls to them to change it back, but we got it handled. So maybe call the shipping company to make sure that is indeed the schedule when you get that info. But otherwise no issues! 10/10 will definitely buy furniture from 25home again

My husband and I bought the Cloud Nappa Leather Upholstered Bed and we love how it came out. The bed fits perfectly in our room and with our decor. I personally love the sleek modern look of the bedframe and as a bonus it is soft too.

Speaking to a customer in person Customer service

We are very pleased that we have purchased our living and bedroom furniture in 25home. The quality is great and the modern design is awesome. Will highly recommend to our friends. You just have to be patient for the delivery time cause it will take months.

We love our Salo Camel U shaped couch! It is comfortable, soft and fits our family perfect. There is plenty of room for girls movie nights, kids sleep overs and long football games. The couch is pet friendly and easy to clean. It is easy to vacuum and looks great! The communication with the the company 25home.com was very good. They email notifications of delivery and respond to any questions quickly. I will definatly use this company again.

The tables are perfect. Had to wait about a month for them but worth it. They kept me up to date regarding shipment details.
