They have even worked to confirm delivery to ensure I am able to accept/receive my order. The product themselves have exceeded my expectations and fit perfectly. I love being able to change the covers on my sectional with the seasons.

Threshold delivery (just inside the front door) was included and well-coordinated. Sofa was easy to assemble, and it’s very comfortable. I’ve nodded off on it a few times. Great couch for cuddling too. It’s the anchor piece of my living room, and I’m very happy I made this purchase.
