Communication was excellent, through ordering and shipping process. I worked with Nora and she was incredible. I was however disappointed in the length of shipping. When ordering it said the “item was in stock” and my estimated arrival date was quick, but the actual arrival date was weeks longer. Took about a month and a half to receive. I also thought the cushions would be comfier. The couch looks amazing, fantastic amount of space, beautiful color, but the cushions are flat and hard. Doesn’t make you want to lay in it forever like I was hoping. Probably would not suggest this item based on the price and lack of comfort.

Really liked the couch, pretty similar to the online pictures. The only minus about it is the couch cushions tend to start sinking in after a few weeks of wear. But besides that really like the look, color. Love that the fabric is removable to wash.

Great delivery and customer service Love the look of the couch, but if I had to pick one thing… I wish the couch cushions had a little more padding in them for comfort.

Joanne my sales rep replied to all my concerns in a quick and efficient manner. It took just about 2 months for the sofa to arrive, but it was worth it. It’s so comfortable and the delivery team helped a lot as well

Good product

Delivery was great we did the white glove service which was quick and painless. The couch looks great and is comfy. The only negative is it isn’t as deep of a seat as we were expecting. Overall happy with couch. Love that we could customize to the size of our room. Shipping was fast.

The only reason why this is not five stars is because of how long it took to be delivered. However, customer service was really friendly and very helpful in resolving my issues? I absolutely love the couch!! If you have the patience, definitely worth the buy!!

Overall very good experience! I had questions prior to ordering and the representative answered them promptly and efficiently. Appreciated that we could track the shipping status as our sectional traveled along the way to us. Delivery arrived as scheduled. We really love the sectional - constructed with quality leather, it’s comfortable and the colors are just as we hoped. This has been a great addition to our home.
