Items quality is a hit or miss. The company offers really great sofa items, but when it comes to dinning table, night stands, etc. the price that you pay are not worth the quality. We’ve ordered a $2600 dining table and chair set and the design has a malfunction that the table stone cannot event fit into the center piece after following the instructions on how to install. We took a picture on all of the of the dimensions of the table stand and showed the customer service that there’s no way that it will fit, in return we received a simple drawing demonstrating how we should put in, but it doesn’t work, and then with no further help. We eventually need to look into a cutting service that can cut the stone in half in order to have the table look like the picture. In addition, my order contained of a sofa and dining table set at the end of the year and before we received everything, they offered a promotion that if you spend $3500 you will receive 2 gifts. We spent $5600 and asked the seller if they could accommodate our order for the gift since our order was not being finished in fulfillment, and was rejected initially. When we requested a refund for the unshipped item, seller finally agreed to send us the complimentary gift. We emailed the customer service a couple times to ask for help on several occasions , and often times our emails were being ignored, but they seem fast in trying to have you contact the carrier to arrange a delivery. The two gifts that we received, only the chair was decent quality, and the night stand is very shabby. The quality of the material is great, but with bad craftsmanship If you purchase the items by the listed price, they are not worth the money in my opinion. Overall I think the website is good for couch but not other things.

While Momo was pleasant to work with, he/she made mistakes regarding delivery which caused inconveniences.

So I paid $$$$ on it. Got no instructions and was told that the company didn’t receive instructions. I waited 45 days which I was willing to do for this bed. When it arrived I was so confused because the head board was the color I wanted but the actual pallet was brown. I pretty much had to Velcro the matching color around the pallet to match the headboard. However, I didn’t know that. So I panicked thinking I got the wrong shipment. It was New Years so of course everyone was out which I understood. Eventually, a couple days later after I got an email from service department I kept on looking at the picture from other reviews and figured out it was the correct order. I should also say this all happened in different timelines due to my procrastination of building it. Today, after putting it together with no guide it looks good. The headboard is wobbly still, the pallet is sturdy. The headboard has latch and some areas inside with screws to keep it in place but they are all off center. I feel like I could have bought this on Wayfair for 500.00 not the 1700$ I paid. I feel I would have liked it more if 1. Pallet at least matched the color of the headboard and fabric was placed already, 2. It had instructions 3. If the company had a better more confident answers. I think I should have stuck with Modloft, they build it for you and have great quality for the same price. Now I cannot return without taking it apart. Mind you I am short and petite and some of the stuff was hard for me to carry. I did it though.

The quality is good and our Sandwich Sectional looks exactly as advertised. The seat depth is outstanding and the mechanism to connect the sectionals together is easy to use and durable. After getting the sofa, we found that it was both too low and not hard enough. Ordering another set of hard cushions helped and might be something to keep in mind. Note that the height measurements in the sizing chart don't take into consideration the amount of give in the top cushion. We did initially consider returning the sofa, but there are costs associated with that which don't make it a practical choice. Shipping took some time, especially for the second set of cushions. Honestly, this is a pretty large item so all things considered they did a good job managing these logistics. This has affirmed for me at least that our next sofa will need to be something we can test before purchasing. There were other products at 25home that looked compelling and might have been a better choice for us, but without a way to make that determination we ended up with the most-reviewed safest-looking option.

We have not received our couch in in over 2 months and they called to deliver it to UTAH! I’m in California. All my correspondence has my correct address Update: they followed up with me and immediately corrected address . They also gave me a side table for my inconvenience. The couch was what we expected and they did all they could to correct things. I’ll change review to 3 stars only because of time and confusion.

Delivery could have been better. Instead of curb side delivery, at least delivery in the house would have been very helpful. These are large boxes.

I placed my order for my “in stock” plume sofa and an additional leather cover for the sofa on 9/18/23. When I purchased it said should ship within 3-10 business days. I received an email on 10/02/23 that “part of my order will be shipped within the middle of the month”. I had to message to clarify how half of the order was ready. They informed me that the whole couch would ship, however they would not be able to ship the cover until the end of November. Now today I get a call from the shipping company that my couch will not be delivered until 11/27. I have no idea the quality of the couch, so I cannot speak on that. However, I would highly advise that (unless you are willing to wait 3 months for an in stock piece of furniture) not to order from this company. Edit: after emailing the company customer service offered me 2 options for a quicker delivery of my couch. 1 I could go pick it up myself for a refund of the shipping cost, or they would try to have it picked up and delivered by another company. I ended up driving the 6 hours to pick it up. I haven’t received my covers yet so I cannot comment on those. I do really enjoy the couch so far. It is very pretty. Was very easy to put together. Which is quite the relief after all of this headache. As I said before, you have to decide if the product and the price is worth the waiting 2-3 months for an in stock piece of furniture 🤷🏻‍♀️

Overall, we liked the sofa instead of giving it all the five stars but while setting it up we noticed there were 4 bolts per leg but it missed one of the bolts at one of corners that we had forced to ignore it and used only three of them. We are a little bit disappointed but we decided to keep it and hope it won't cause any issue down the line.
