The couch looks and feels great.
The couch looks and feels great. There was a small snafu with delivery and I had to wait some weeks longer since I never rec'd the confirmation email for delivery. After I reached out and confirmed, the couch was delivered. It is well made and comfortable and that is the most important thing to me. Thanks 25home.

Exceeded expectations
I was unsure of ordering such a big order from a company I was unfamiliar with, but the customer service and the product quality exceeded any expectations. They were able to customize a sectional I needed, saving me money and they threw in a discount AND a side table. The couch is soft, gorgeous, and feels very very high quality. The side table is solid wood and has a beautiful finish.

Comfortable and affordable couch
Overall, very happy with purchase. Couch is comfortable. The only minor issue was that the couch had a small black dirt mark on the back after unboxing. The sofa was easy to set up and looks great otherwise.
