This is not real leather
This is not real leather. The section was delivered three months after ordering. This is very beautiful and high quality made, I was upset by the fact that the legs from one part of the section were missing, I had to order similar ones on Amazon. I believe that for a section made of leatherette the price should be significantly lower.

Terrible Company
This company is terrible, I received my couch damaged and the warehouse told the representative that the damage was not major and offered me $60 in return. When I said that wasn't acceptable they bumped the offer up to $200 instead of just honoring the warranty. It seems like they have no managers that work there and they do not stand by their products. Be aware and do not order from this company, there is a reason they do not allow Google reviews.

Horrible…
I ordered this couch because it said it was in stock with a quick shipping time. I ordered and paid for this couch and then you have to email and confirm the order for it to move forward??? I paid for it…the entire world besides this company seems to understand that means I’m confirming the order. Then the couch never shipped. No communication about this delay. Then they kept telling me it was getting ready to ship and I would get a tracking number … a week or more goes by without receiving anything. The couch was supposed to arrive within 3-5 days - it’s been 3 weeks and still no couch.
Response from 25home FurnitureJan 6, 2024
We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping. We are taking steps to improve our inventory management system and communication with customers when delays occur. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please contact us so we can do our best to make this right. Sorry again for the inconvenience. We hope you can give us the opportunity to resolve this issue and rebuild your trust.

Terrible experience. Do not use this company
The shipping process and order timeline were drastically different than what was originally promised. Took more than twice the time quoted to receive the couch. Thankfully the item was not damaged but it is not a comfortable couch. I truly believe many of the five star reviews for this company are written by their own employees. To add insult to injury the return policy is very unrealistic as all original packaging needs to be maintained, the pallet needs to be repacked and wrapped by me and I have to find a company willing to pick up the pallet for the return and pay the shipping. On top of all that there is another 10% taken for a “restocking fee.” Do not do business with this company, they are not honest and are horrible with customer service. Stay away and check out other online retailers with verified purchase reviews.
Response from 25home FurnitureJan 6, 2024
We sincerely apologize that the shipping process and timeline did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide accurate estimates and timely deliveries, but sometimes unpredictable factors can cause delays. We will work to improve our communication and transparency around delivery timelines. We take feedback seriously and want to make things right. Please contact us directly so we can discuss how to improve your experience. Our team is available to assist with any concerns. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope you will give us another chance to regain your trust and resolve it.

Time of delivery is not specific.
Time of delivery is not specific. The product that they mention a genuine leather is not real leather at all, its synthetic man made leather.
Response from 25home FurnitureDec 23, 2023
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the delivery time. Regarding the time of delivery, we understand the importance of timely deliveries and apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We are actively working on improving our delivery process to provide more accurate and specific delivery windows in the future. We value your feedback and would like to be able to explain the material of the products to you. In order to provide a more durable and environmentally friendly product, the contact surface of the sofa is Genuine Leather while the non-contact area is Vegan Leather. This combination not only provides a high-quality and comfortable seating experience, but also helps reduce the need for animal leather which can have a more positive impact on the environment. The material information is also shown on our website, you can find it in MATERIALS. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we would like to make things right for you. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team so that we can further address your specific concerns and explore potential solutions that suit your needs. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we value your continued support.

Sectional couch wrong
I ordered a sectional couch that has a left-hand and a right-hand side. Received two right-hand sides. I noticed that one of the boxes had a “left hand” sticker that was placed over a sticker that was removed.
