If I could give no stars I would, DO NOT BUY. Feathers coming out without any end in sight. The shape of the couch is destroyed because the filling (feathers) keep coming out - there is NO SOLUTION aside from DO NOT BUY. Reached out to 25Home for some or part refund because I WILL need to replace this couch - it is an embarrassment and is continuing to deteriorate after LESS than 12 months of LIGHT use (we don't even use the couch daily - maybe 3 - 5x a week) and it's only my husband & I, no bouncy animals or children. 25Home offered me $100 to buy a couch cover! Totally insane - it's not the fabric that is the problem, it is the stuffing. Save your money and buy from a trusted business that will replace damaged or poor quality furniture. I'd not have any problem if they refunded me even a portion - I've ordered from other furniture makers and occasionally a product design doesn't hold up - I've never had any business review photos of poor quality and refuse to refund the cost. I'd be happy if they came to pick this junk couch out of my home.

Very disappointed. I ordered my sofa a month ago. I have yet to receive a tracking number. I was told I would receive it as soon as it delivers to the warehouse. I haven’t heard anything from them since.

1.my order was placed December 11 2023 as of May 5 2024 I only have one piece of my sectional with mismatching pillows 2. They have said they sent out the wrong pieces, mismatched colors of the actual sectional and gave me the whole run around etc…. Just like everyone else was told by the looks of it 3.i have asked for a full refund and was offered a $100 return to my account on a $3,000+ sectional

It's being 3 months since the company promised me to exchange a L cushion seat that came totally deformed. The cushion filler came empty at some parts of my longseat and it looks like a very old and deformed sofa. Three months ago I have a return by email promising that they would send me a new cushion peace for my longseat only. But it never happened and they don't return my email anymore. I hope that anybody from the company please give a solution for my case and show that you guys have some respect for the costumers

Ordered the 135” Hygge sectional on the 20th of March…I then received notification that the couch would be shipped on April 8th…I finally received it on April 16th but I was sent 3 left sides and no right side! I immediately contacted 25Home and was sent the correct side on the 25th of April…but I am now still waiting for them to pick up the wrong couch in the huge box! It is now May 6th and after many many emails…still no satisfaction. I don’t understand why the wrong couch pick up wasn’t coordinated with the drop off of the correct couch! My lawyer neighbor said I have no legal responsibility to keep the wrong side of the couch and let 25Home know that they have until May 9th to arrange to pick it up or it will be considered abandoned and will be donated. He also said from now on I should only deal with a reputable furniture business. Would I order from them again? Absolutely not!

I ordered a couch and paid for it. The very next day they said it was out of stock. They did not offer an opportunity for me to get a refund. I requested a refund and had to do it via instant message on their website because that is where they were most responsive. I also replied via email. Instead of issuing me a refund, they asked if I would be willing to get another couch. I said no please provide me with a refund. They are now saying they have initiated the process for a refund via instant message and I asked for an email confirmation confirming the initiation of a refund. They have failed to give me that. I still have no idea whether they are actually processing the refund so I will need to cancel the purchase on my credit card.

For the love of God, do not purchase from this company. Two different costumer service departments that do not match up. Paid for a $4,500 sectional that showed in stock shipping 10-30 days. (main reason I ordered) Purchased Feb 2nd. just informed today that my order is delayed for a 3rd time for another 40 days. Here is the list of excuses I've been told, keep in mind I was never updated or informed by customer service of these delays. Each time I had to email them asking for updated tracking information just to be told one of the following excuses. 1. Told inventory data was wrong and not updated correctly on the website. 2. Told they shipped a grey sectional instead of the one I ordered. 3. Told it was the right color, but one of the 5 sections was a wrong shade. 4. Told again it was a difference in fabric color. 5. Now told it was shipped to the wrong customer.

I would give 0 stars if I could for the incredibly negligent customer service I experienced with this purchase. The only positive - the couch is amazing. However, I wouldn’t go through the headache again. Untimely responses and unwillingness to work within the purchase agreement. The first couch arrived badly damaged - things happen - but then refusing to expedite the replacement and just going to the back of the line. Plus their 3rd party delivery company bullied my elderly mother into signing for everything without opening boxes to inspect (part of the agreement) and then I later find the damage upon return from work and opening the boxes. Did I mention they left everything in the driveway in the rain? Even though delivery agreement clearly stated threshold service to put items inside the first available interior room (part of the agreement). Refusal to put me in touch with a manager and was told by CSR Snow, “I don’t have a manager” then “well they aren’t in this city” then “I don’t have their contact info” then “I won’t do it”. I submitted a complaint to BBB to which 25home refused to respond. And on top of it I receive an email from Snow asking me to withdraw my BBB complaint and please remove any negative reviews “because we got your couch delivered”. Like I said, the couch really is very nice. I wish the service matched the product. Probably the worst CSR experience I have had in 30 years of adulting! Buyer beware.
