SUPER SPEED!!!! I went on the chat, got someone immediately, paid via chat information. He said just wait a minute, the techs are really fast. While I was still on the chat - within minutes - it was fixed. Not only that but my audio demos had previously been linked to Dropbox and I wanted them to download from the Media Library and they did that in 10 seconds! Super GREAT

I requested support for an affiliate plugin, however, my support representative (Andres) sent me a link to an even better affiliate plugin. This plugin was $500 for lifetime access and Andres acquired it for me at only $349.00, set it up on my site, configured everything, and did way more than what we originally agreed to! Everything was completed within 24 hours as well. I was extremely wary at first, but he reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. Also, he was very patient and answered every single question I had in full detail. He really went above and beyond in assisting me! I've never had such an amazing customer support experience in my life!!
