Very quick and supportive! I have worked with a few techs but Sam is my favorite, he knows his stuff. This is definitely not my strong suit so I love the great communication I get whenever I have an issue or need to learn how to do anything with my employers website. Really recommend using them. You pay for quality, and if you have one full year of unlimited 24/7 tech support, you better believe I'm going to use this for my advantage. I mean why not, plus they are super nice and know they're stuff!!

First off, the customer support team were very nice. Albert, the best technician i have yet to meet, explained everything to me in the simplest form and showed nothing but respect. I feel at ease knowing that good, honest people are working behind the scenes night and day for entrepreneurs like myself!!! I would have gladly given 10 stars!!!!
