Great Service! Congenial, friendly interactions with both individuals with whom I spoke regarding a difficulty which I could not handle with WordPress. The chat was timely, friendly, and my options were clearly presented. Whenever I encounter a difficult problem with WordPress, I will be giving them another call. I had a issue in which I could not find the login credentials for my live site after attempting to migrate from a local host server and the developer guided me through the troubleshooting process and offered excellent help on retrieving those credentials for my site they retrieved my credentials with excellent customer service and resolved my issue in a quick manner. They even went above and beyond and offered help with general technical questions as well as resolving my main issue.
