They were unable to do what I asked, but refunded my money completely, in a reasonable amount of time.

Dan - As far as refund is concerned, I think you can check that there is a 30 days money back Policy we have on home page of our website. After you informed a refund , this usually takes 24 hrs for us to refund and since this is a Friday, it was not easy for us to hold the account team. We requested our account team to do so and they have refunded the money. You can check your emails about refund. This can take 3-5 working days to reflect the amount in your bank. Now, I request you to change the review and ratings.
