I had some minor issues with a webpage. They took my login info and password from my wordpress and hosting sites. Then they added an annoying plugin on my wordpress dashboard and changed my HTML so I would have to contact them again. Then, they wanted to charge me to fix the error. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst service ever!

These people are SCAMMERS Do NOT contact them, I contacted them over a login issue, stupidly thinking that they do work with wordpress and they didn't even ask me for any info, just said they can fix it but "there will be a charge" so I've accidentally talked to these Indian scammers before and I knew right away that it was them, especially when I contacted the real wordpress they told me they couldn't do anything because I needed to contact my host provider and I got the issue resolved, free, because who charges someone for not being able to log into their account? I clicked out of the chat right away and ignored the next phone call from them. well, when I wake up this morning, 20 different calls and texts from different numbers! obviously all these guys! tons of emails about bull offers from them. they won't leave me alone and didn't even speak to me for more than a few minutes! I love how they use fake numbers too, like they're so painfully obviously trying to scam. one of them said it was from "Philadelphia, NY" oh wow, I didn't know Philly was in NY now, guess PA wasn't good enough for them.

One of my friends used their service then contacted me to take a look at his site. It was a wordpress site and they included a snippet of code that allows anyone with a link to skip the login process. Also, they added a snippet of code that hides a specific user name from the admin console so no other admin can see it if they're logged in regularly. Avoid this company, at the very least they use insecure practices, at worst they use malicious practices.

I contacted this company in good faith, thinking they were professionals and knowledgable with Word Press. They asked me about the issues I was having with my website, I explained in detail what the different problems were. Someone by the name Chris promised to have my issue solved in 24 hours. 72 hours later, "nothing was done to my site", with the exception that they quickly took my $79.00 which doubles their monthly fee service. Someone named "Justin" put his little finger in my site and distorted it completely, and tells me later that "my problem" was solved. The site looks totally different then when I delivered it to them. They changed the Theme completely, messed it all up, and told me my problem was solved. I had several problems to begin with, and now, thanks "24x7wpsupport" I know have more problems to deal with than before, they will not help me anymore, and refuse to refund my full payment. These guys are all in India and use a phony US address. They don't even have a proper phone system. In addition, I managed to figure that these guys use their cell phones to communicate with each other and they can never roll the call over to anyone because there's no call center. When you call with a problem, instead of transferring the call, they ask you to hung up so that someone else can call you right back. That means that the second you hung up, the first person you talked to, is calling their friend and quickly asking him to call you back. That tells you that there is no calling center at all. If you hear interference in the call, such as voices in the background, or your conversation is not coming or going across, is because you are being connected with someone in India. I sent to them a "list of issues" I am having with my site, and they insist to tell me that my "one problem" has been solved. They can't even read properly an email. Be extremely cautious here. These guys are overseas, desperate for money and the are 3 or 4 guys who came up with this top of the line website offering services they can't and will not deliver. I lost all my money, and almost all of my site. They told me they will not give me my money back. Now, I have to start working on my site again to bring it back to the way it look before these buffoons messed it all up!
