I had a very positive and helpful…
I had a very positive and helpful experience with your technicians. I was a little scared at first with the process. But your tech was very re-assuring. The process was excellent. The only criticism is that I do not have a lot of cash right now and would have appreciated more than a week to be able to upgrade to the $399 per year support package. An overall excellent experience.
