Beware of this team. They are the worst people to work with. Extremely rude, unprofessional, irresponsible and they don't take any ownership. They actually tell you that they are not wordpress and that they are a 3rd party. They will give you a 24 hr turnaround time and then 4 to 5 days later, just drop you off saying either that you have a choice of getting your money refunded or waiting for another 2 to 3 days. They think that since we have already lost out on five days, we will have no choice but to be stuck with them. They do not give you the modified csv file, even though you have already paid for it. They are the most dishonest people I have ever come across. They go after you to get the job. Once they get the job, they will not do the job and make you run around them. They are very commercial and money minded people. Please remember that - THIS IS NOT WORDPRESS.

Never ever think of using their services. They are indian scammers who pretend to be a Developers in US, UK, and Australia. They will steal everything and will mess up your site and then claim they fixed whatever the issue you had. This website main purpose is to steal people's money and everything else. They will ask you for the login information to whatever site you have even if it's not related to web development or your site. all the positive reviews here are fake. you've been warned.

Initially sounded great, but now feels like a Scam. Told me it would not affect my website only to find it not working all morning. All they keep telling me is to be patient we are working on it. Now on hold for over 30 minutes for the 3rd time. Terrible service once they have your money.

For every single thing they do or help they charge you separately and that is a ripoff.

The first rep (Kevin Mock), answered the phone with "Hello", no introduction to the company. This rep def needs some soft skills training. He also wanted my AWS username and password, I explained to him that this doesn't sound right and the call was disconnected. I called back the second time and rep (Roy) answered the call, during this call it was disconnected and I had to call back in. The rep stated that there would be a fee. I was not comfortable and felt like it was a scam.

These guys are terrible. They over charge you every chance they get, not speak English well enough to get proper results. the worst decision I made this year was let these jokers onto my website. Erick.
