This business got off to a very bad start because of Paypal, however, once that was out of the way and the retrieval of my website got underway, everything went well and I had my site back much faster that I was told and expected. I had a lot of problems understanding things, but Albert was very patient and walked me through it slowly and I am happy with the result, now I have to find my way around the site and learn how to use the new format. Thank you.

WP is very good with assistance to website issues. A final phone call to walk through the website mechanics at the end would improve their service. They have an 800 number but that number redirects everyone back to the text chat which is fine for small issues. The personal human touch with a short phone call would be awesome and make it a 5 star service!
