I ordered a Grundfos 3-speed cast iron circulating pump. I have used these pumps and this company with no issues or problems ever. It arrived on time and functioned properly for a few months, then stopped working. I contacted 24 hr. Supply, and after doing their due diligence and research on the issue quickly, they sent me a replacement with absolutely no hassle on my part. Joe was great to work with at 24hr Supply. When the part I received was not what he had ordered for me, he was very apologetic and immediately owned the problem-even though it was not 24hr Supply's fault- and he quickly made the fix with it. I will use them again and recommend them to others.
