Not easy to do an unopened return and was only partially refunded when we should have gotten the full refund. We were NOT told a partial refund. Not good Customer Service at all

It took me two weeks to get refunded, and that's after calling several times..

Still haven't received my refund for 3 Grundfos UP15-29SU charged to my bank account for $654. I did not order 3 units. I only ordered ordered 1. I had to order another unit and expedite the delivery that still took 3 days and was left by my driveway by FedEx. This is a poor method of delivering expensive items without a signature for receipt. I have no idea where my previous order was delivered to and/or if it was actually shipped for a single item and not 3! I did install the latest item ordered out of desperation to keep my tenancy. I need to know where my $654 went, what company delivered them, and an address they were delivered to so maybe I can retrieve them and send them back for a refund! I NEVER received them!!!

Product came defective on arrival

Still unable to receive a definitive answer as to why I never received the product although I was charged for three (3). This is an URGENT matter where I may lose my housing as a sub-tenant unable to follow through with a simple task. This according to my landlord. Please provide tracking information on order 13436. I've been trying to contact your company for three (3) weeks and at first I was told there was no information available by one of your associates. The delivery was never made to my address and I am unaware of it's final destination. I have a very reliable and established service for all of my mail and packages and am told by the owner that they never received the product(s) from your company. I have no idea if this an error on your side or the delivery company. I'm out $654 for a $218 product. I've multiple attempts for assistance to this matter. The single item, not three (3) should have been delivered to 31103 Rancho Viejo Rd., Ste.D3 169, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675. (Paper Annex in Marbella Plaza). I'm about to be evicted because of this problem and may not be able to continue my residence. Please assist me. I keep calling with URGENCY.

I have been waiting multiple days to hear back on my return request. Additionally it seems there is not an option for a refund and I will be forced to accept store credit. The product I ordered was supposed to be new but looks to be a remanufactured item. The outside is very banged up and the pump squeals terrible when I bench tested it.

This order was cancelled by the company. It was then ordered from another supplier. I don't need it, and it will have to be returned

Packing the product to ship was quick. But, as for the amount of time to receive the package really bad.
