Everything was as expected but my order only contained the stainless screws for the lids. I had to go out and purchase the stainless screws to attach the risers to the adapter rings. Other than that the shipping was fast and the order was as expected.

The water pump was easy to order and arrived within five days without delay. Thanks!

All is well we didn't know that we had to have the other part that go outdoors we thought it was all in one unit think you

Originally sent the toilet bowl only and the plumber had to leave without installing it as the tank was not sent. Customer Service was very nice about taking responsibility for the missing tank and sent one out immediately. Toilet finally installed today. 4 stars only because of owning the error and making good on it even though our cost for a plumber was greater than expected duu to the false start.

A little slow on delivery but received just what I ordered.

Delivery was prompt. Product really works. I’m happy for their service. Will use again.

Ordering and shipping went well. Only issue was there are a couple of different models in the same family of pumps and the exact model wasn't listed. I asked and never heard back. Went with the it and it turned out fine.

The boiler I purchased was immediately available and very fairly priced. The only issue I had with the process was determining the shipping cost. Initially, it was listed as “FREE”. Then I had to call in to separately arrange and purchase shipping after my order status failed to change and shipping was altered to list as “CALL FOR DETAILS”. I lost a day or two dealing with that. After sorting out the confusion, 24HrSupply handled things beautifully. I suppose the issue is a software problem that misleads the buyer of certain items into thinking shipping is included when it is (understandably in the case of a heavy item like a boiler) not included. If wanting a boiler, I’d suggest calling once to purchase and arrange shipping all at once. Using the website caused me a bit of inconvenience.

We are sorry about the confusion. For heavy items like boilers we charge shipping for shipments going to outside of NYC.
