The right material and delivered on time

The company reached out to explain the issue and offered to remedy. I should have looked back on the original invoice and found the original shipping cost in order to make a judgement whether I return it or not. That was on me. So the comment below is not a true representation of the issue and I withdrawl it. "The order was fine, found I could not use the part so I returned it. The return was the issue! I was returned less than 1/2 the cost of the part do to excessive fees. I was sent a return label but no information on what the return cost would be. I would have made out better putting the part on ebay than sending it back. I won't be ordering anything from you again."

If I'm spending so much on risers it would be good to at least know what hardware is needed if it's not included. This way I can just go to the hardware store and purchase it. I emailed inquiring and was just told it's not included and can't be purchased. Not that helpful.

The part I ordered was delivered promptly but wrong part was shipped. They accepted and processed the return quickly.

Ordered my part, received it within time promised, no issues.

The price was the lowest I could find, and the shipping charges were reasonable. My only note would be that the items were simply covered with shrink wrap with no other protection. It's a minor miracle that they traveled across the country without damage.
