Same Day Dental - Shadeland Location. Initially I was impressed with the service. We were able to make Saturday appts which were prompt. I was mislead in how many visits would be needed to get my Mother her dentures. But not problem. This Saturday, we had an 11am appt. walked in to a full waiting room. Sat for over 2 hours because they decided taking walk-ins over scheduled appointments was a good idea, when asked how long it would be, could be up to around 6pm... So an 11 am appointment is expected to wait until 6pm in the office to be seen. If this is the process, stop making appointments make all visits first come first serve. That is the worst customer service. Also ONE dentist for the whole office on a Saturday? The whole process needs to be revamped. Ended up leaving, along with many other people.

Had my wisdom teeth extracted with them and the whole experience from beginning to end has been very smooth. They helped a lot when I called with some questions about my recovery as I had quite the gnarly tooth removed.

Good front house staff. Air Force dentist fast and efficient. Would recommend for every dental need. I’ve had cleanings and fillings and no complaints. They are good people
