I needed to file emergency medical claim feom my appt. I called a couple times for the tax id (required by my insurance for the claim), and the office manager refused to give it to me. My boyfriend finally called in an attempt and the office manager gave it to him no problem. Seems a bit sexist. During my emergency appt, the technicians took several xrays, never once covering me. The staff is very unprofessional and clearly do not know how to do their jobs.

I had traveled thru Indianapolis while experiencing a dental problem. Dr. Ansari was the attending Dentist. I'm grateful for him having resolved my problem. Yet, I'm impressed at the ease to talk to him without intimidation. He is a bright person. Secondly, his dental assistant, Ally, is absolutely a ball of fire. Smart and purposed, anyone can see that she genuinely likes what she does. Lastly, both Dr. Ansari and Ally are indispensable to 24 Hour Dental organization. Thank you, Chris

quick, affordable and painless, I needed 2 teeth pulled, I opted for the extra non local anesthea, it was a pill I had to take, it was an extra $50 , don't know if I really needed it but rather had been safe than sorry, everythigng went so quick and I immediately felt relief afterwards. I was given antibiotics and pain meds ( which I hardly had to take because I really was barely in any pain and when I was I just took a regular Tylenol ). I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of a urgent dental treatment or heck any type of dental work !!!

Dr. Heineman and the staff were great to work with on my crown. I really wish that you had a dental hygienist so I could come for cleanings and check ups.

Ran me all over the city and than informed me they could not help. They did not have a clue.

Can’t remember the docs name but he was very good at extracting my cracked tooth two days after Thanksgiving. Thank you to the whole staff working that day for taking such good care of a Nervous nelly.

I had unbearable pain. My regular dentists were closed so I went to 24 hour dental care. The doctor said it was just bacterial infection and just gave me antibacterial mouth rinse. It did not resolve my problem. 2 days later, my dentist said I had a dry socket. Well I just spent $100 on the 24 hour dental care who actually gave me a wrong advice. On the top of that, since it was after hours, they did not help me with my insurance too. They said I have to file my claim myself but refused to give me information I needed for that form.

Horrible just horrible the staff the wait. Last place I would recommend. Better off just taking pliers and pulling your own darn teeth out
