Very frustrating and disappointing for NBA and NHL
I'd love to know what others, who like the service, have that I do not. I have no trouble with the replays of NFL games nor with the college football games or just ended baseball games. But the NBA and NFL games are miserable. They often do not load at all. If they do, they play for a few minutes, then resort to stream searching endlessly. If I reload, the stream search resumes after a minute. This is constant. Even if I do find something that works, the sound and video are usually out of synch. Very very frustrating and disappointing live service for basketball and hockey. The chat guys do not help at all, just telling me to restart my computer and get rid of cookies. Nothing they say works at all. I've given up on contacting them. ESPN Play and the NBA selections are the worst. In addition, the scheduling site never has anything at all under NBA or NHL headings. Others are often out of date. The service is a mess unless you just want replays of NFL.

Hello DKB, Actually, it happens due to slow internet speed or when the net speed fluctuates a lot. So the video keeps stopping or buffering...Also, even if you have the VPN app running on your device, it will freeze. We definitely value your comments.
