Great customer service (Thanks Jack!)
Great customer service... My college football team was supposed to be playing on NCAAF channel 15. Something was weird with programming and a different game was on. I did a "live chat" with Jack, and he got a hold of whoever is in charge of putting games on and they switched over the game. Pretty cool.

Had a lot of buffering until Jack suggested I switch to google chrome browser, streaming service is great and worth every $. Love the VoD nfl channel, 49ers play to late to view live now that I live in NC🤗🤗
