I wasted my money on this company. I missed the Pac-12 Championship game due to constant buffering and today I received a Network error trying to watch the Fiesta Bowl. I switched to the Sports Channel in Spanish, which I don't understand, and got to see 5 seconds of the first quarter and 3 seconds of the second quarter--after all the buffering I gave up. :o(

I am so tired of trying to watch a football game and getting the blue boxes of death freezing the screen. Starts and stops... other providers do not seem to have the same issue.

I’ve made 7 attempts to cancel this subscription and at this point I’m going to have to cancel my card and fight them via the bank, BBB, AG, FTC and here. This is unacceptable. I cancelled within 12 hours. Policy on their website says 7 days. I’ve done the chat and the emails and followed their rules. BUYER BEWARE.

3 year customer... recently NFL and NBA games are terrible with streaming interruptions. Chat line techs are of no help. Anyone else have streaming problems? UPDATE: 247streaming replied "Maybe have changed your internet connection recently. We think your internet connection isn't able to stream our FHD channels." I haven't changed my internet connection and my speed is 300 mbps. So, this is my problem? I don't think so. This past Sunday I was able to watch an NFL game with only a couple of buffering issues even at SD not HD. On the other hand, NBA games are a joke. Buffering issues are nonstop! On another note, the companion web site to locate the proper channel for a given game isn't even kept up to date.

They are a bunch of dishonest people. I subscribed to their service but within the first day I found it to be very bad, When I selected a specific channel it would not stream but a completely different channel from the one selected would come up and this would be frozen with the same image/stream continuously replaying. It was very difficult for some channels to even stream giving the message "This video cannot be played. Please try again later or choose another channel" When I was lucky enough to actually get a live stream it would buffer all the time, very very frustrating!! this was happening all the time. After four days of getting this type of service, I requested a refund which was within the 7 days in which I could cancel my subscription. However, despite numerous emails (TWELVE) to their billing department, some of which they did not even have the decency to reply they are refusing to refund me. This is not a reputable company. The screenshot shows the wrong channel problem. I selected Supersport Rugby and it streamed Canal + which is a FRENCH channel.

Just terrible. I tried to cancel b4 the 7 day trial period but they convinced to stay. Horrible connection system, logging in 3 time to get a very poor streaming experience. I have the highest end Spectrum internet speed and it happens only with this service. My son came over and said he would find me a better service so he ordered the same one again. I’ve been waiting for my refund for 3 weeks and they terminated Both of my services. Then when I contact them they tell me I don’t have an account there!!! Very funny if it wasn’t so stupid. They are another internet company that will do anything rather than live up to their word, that if ur dissatisfied u will get ur money back. After getting ur money, they go thru the motions of helping but never do. Look at the way u have to connect to watch this on television. U have to be a tech!! Horrible experience. Will take every opportunity to tell everyone my terrible experiences.
