Ray Han Stuck It Out With Me
I had two sessions with Ray Han today. The first session concerned by renewal and whether the app now works on a Mac. His response was quick and accurate. The second session was a longer session with Ray sticking with me through my errors on getting me logged in and started. It is good that the chat program can accept screen shots so Ray could see what was going on. A picture is worth a thousand word.

Ray Han assisted with adding the iptv…
Ray Han assisted with adding the iptv portal app to my Samsung TV. Not only did Ray respond immediately, he provided step by step instructions with pictures to boot. Thanks Ray, top notch service
