Jack is amazing! I renewed my subscription but couldn’t get the app to work on my smart TV. He got me up and working in less than 7 mins. Woo hoo!

The service group is consistently helpful. I have been with these guys for several years and find this to be of tremendous value. It is a little geeky and not for the novice but worth the effort if you want an incredible service.

Every year they never cease to amaze me! All the college and NFL games that are not the easy ones to find are there. Then to top it off...chat support on a Sunday afternoon. I mean...WOW!
