Gary did a great job helping me with installation problems. The only reason for the 4 stars is the software.

247TV cut off my account 5+ weeks too soon. Fortunately Jack turned it back on for me.

The person I chatted with was very patient. The problem was that I’m not social media savvy, when it comes to solving the problem thru texting. So it took a while to understand what I was doing wrong. I didn’t understand the language. Case sensitive and all that, screen shots I don’t do them often enough to remember how to do it. So it took a few hours. Before I could figure it out

We have used this site for quite a few years now. For the most part, we are able to watch every NFL football game that we want. Once in a while, we have a problem with reception, but the support has been very helpful. I had a problem with renewing my subscription and when I contacted the live support, the agent stayed on with me for over 30 minutes until the issue was resolved.

Comes in handy when my TV antenna is not able to pick up my local ABC channel. I've used this company for a few years and plan to continue. Customer service seems to be helpful with no issues.

Great website for watching live sport anywhere around the world by paying a one off fee for a whole year, the bonus is it also includes any event on pay per view.
