Purchased a new computer and needed assistance re-loading the player. Rab helped me in a couple simple steps and I'm good to go again. Really love this player and the ability to watch any sports I want no matter where I am. Thanks again, Rab!

I started having issues with connecting to server and found out that I needed to reinstall the app, i had more issues afterward due to my own fault but Tomas Stuart was patient and worked with me to resolve the issue, app works even better than before! 5 Stars to Tomas Stuart.

This team has been terrific for the past 5 years. I saw the review from Robert who said that service has been non existent...not true...they work quickly, answer my questions promptly and ensure satisfaction. When live chat was unavailable, the response to e-mail was within one hour...and I have had many inquiries to substantiate my review...NICE JOB....you can trust this team...
