Tomas Stewart did a great job of fixing my issues. I would give him 5 stars. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I got chatting with other reps that didn't know how to fix the issue and left me hanging. It took several hours to fix the issue but Tomas came up with a great solution. Not sure what cause the issue (not able to login) in the first place but all is good now.

I subscribed mainly for live NFL games. It took a few programs to learn how to keep the system from buffering and intermittent stalling when watching live. I have found if you don't use the HD function the buffering is less or sometimes non-existant and the live game is excellent. There is little to no tutorial but their chat service has been good. While the live NFL presentations seem to buffer with HD, the VOD programs are fine.

I had some initial issues when signing up. I did a 1 yr subscription with 4 devices. Initially, my account showed 4 devices but with a 6 month subscription. Using the chat, they got the subscription length fixed but then i only had 1 device having access. Wlfried Fredi was great! He stuck with it and got me all squared away. Cant to check out all the college games then NFL games this upcoming weekend!!

I have been with this company in excess of ten years and, mostly, perhaps with the exception of one of the support agents, they have been most helpful, polite and obliging. I have just had a problem and spoke to an Support Agent named Jack and he could not have been more helpful, especially as I am not great with computer, being quite old. He went out of his way to solve the problem and to make sure that I was happy.....thank you Jack

Just joined but I've contacted support via chat. Someone always answers pretty fast. The screen shots they send me always solves my problem. Tom S. was very helpful.

Jack helped me out after the first agent just closed our chat. I was having issues getting in to the app and mobile page but after a little bit he got it done.

This is this most difficult review I can ever remember writing. There are times when I love the service and times when the frustration makes you want to break something. When things are wrong it goes very wrong taking hours to resolve so fugget about that game you wanted to watch. And the buffering - constant. There are times this service seems crushingly under resourced. Sometimes the tech support person knows what they are talking about - and then times when they are clearly not US based and cannot understand the difference between the Ohio State vs Michigan men's football game and the Ohio State vs Long Island University off sport of some kind. After being a customer for 3 years I just learned today that the service has a stand-alone app (not accessed through a web page) that seems to eliminate the buffering but doesn't seem to offer HD (maybe its 720 with no way to increase). Thanks to the Cust Support rep that showed me how to access this app. There are buggy features to be sure, but for a discounted service I'm starting to think I may have found the ideal streaming tv alternative to costly cable service.

Been using the site for 2-3 years, occasional problems but the online chat guys are pretty good. I haven't missed a single Liverpool match since I subscribed - which is exactly what I wanted 😁 For the price I don't understand how people can complain ?
