I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews, but save your money, and buy a better service! I bought this live stream for my husband to watch Sunday football. We ended up not watching any of the games, because the stream freezes, it’s glitchy, and it’s low quality. I reached out to the support team the SAME day I bought the service requesting a refund. The website says they provide refunds if it’s within 24 hours of purchase. It’s been 7 days, and customer support has not issued a refund. Instead, they keep telling me to download the iPhone app after I’ve repeatedly said I don’t want the iPhone app, because why would I want to watch football off my tiny iPhone screen? If I wanted to watch football off my iPhone, I’d use Yahoo sports for FREE. Awful stream and awful service!

I really wanted this to work. Froze midgame the first day i purchased it and their wesbite said it would take up to 4 hours to fix and then the 2nd sunday would not allow me to access anything. I did their live chat with an agent expressing desire for a refund and provided reasoning but was literally told to go to the website as there were no issues with the games. Then the agent did not respond. Sent an email to billing with the exact same response. Will never do this again.

This service is the worst!! I pay to watch hockey, every time I put a game on it either buffers or says manifest cant play. I want a god damn refund!! I haven't got to watch anything. This service is horrible, I wouldn't recommend to anyone !! And no matter how many times I send emails no one ever answers. It is a RIP off and will be reported to BBB.

247tvstream has great potential but has let itself down badly. It doesn’t quite know what it wants to be. I have subscribed for 5 years and have had to put up with many issues: It often gives preference to American sports over UK sports programmes. It has major issues with maintaining consistent sources or even control over its sources. It has a very poor record of communication with its members as it will often just stop streaming as they do maintainance or upgrades without informing its customers. If they do not like what is said on 5he live chat line then you can find your IP address blocked. They do not read your emails to them and often fail to respond. They like to blame the customer for issues raised rather than finding permanent fixes. In fact permanent fixes are very rare. They often have audio and video synchronisation issues on many streams. They are often very slow to respond to issues raised on the live chat line, and you may find yourself waiting considerable time. An often used phrase is ‘it’s all right at this end’. Maybe if they concentrated on the American market they would be more consistent and have less issues, but they are trying to please everyone and failing. I have not had a response to my last 25 emails, and have even been told that it would be better if I did not renew my subscription. I have had good times but when things go wrong they do not react quickly or take responsibility for the issues. The live chat line is good but many of the agents are very poor, mainly because they do not read the issues raised and have no responsibility. In summary I would say could be very good but currently very poor and subscribe with much caution.

Quite possibly the worst experience of my life. Not once have I managed to log on to watch the one specific thing I tuned in for without having to go thru "customer service' !! That in its self is an lie, they have no customer service. For sure, some one pops up to say hi, how can I help,,,, hmm let me check they say...10 mins later, yep working fine at our end, it must be you !! Then if I do get the channel to work, the audio is 15 seconds behind the play. I don't care how cheap it is, its not worth it... if it was free I would still go some where else !! DO NOT BUY THIS APP

Worst company I have ever delt with. I wish I would be able to give them 0 reviews. I caution you to NOT deal with this company go somewhere else. The customer service is not only immoral. They are also disgustingly greedy. Do not use them.

Big ripoff! Doesn’t work...I’ve asked several times for a refund and they just send me a link to the website...not legitimate...

Rubbish "service" with zero value for money. It also operates under different names like 247tvstream.com, 247tvstream.net, 247IPTV.org, edigitalplace.com etc. Common factor. The service is cheap, but useless, so despite being cheap there is absolutely no value for money. The streaming constantly fails and when reported to the chat support you get standard answers like, Will be fixed soon, after which nothing happens. Recently they rebuild the entire platform (were down for days) and since then same issues as before plus now the login is only valid for an hour, after which you have to login again to continue watching the show you were watching. Still an issue despite being reported daily for 3 weeks. Right now they have been down for a week and when contacting support the answer is. We are doing major maintenance will be back up in 24 hours. As usual. Nothing happens. They have been down for 5 days now.
