After several weeks of attempting to get Nat Geo Wild streaming ( it wasn’t working at all), finally, today after speaking with agent it is back. That channel was very important to us as we watch all of the animal doctors!

The Tech Team was responsive and thorough. They were able to solve issues I was having related to the TV App setup and not the 247TVStream App. Very pleased with their thoroughness and support!
