So far extremely frustrated and disappointed. Just purchased and downloaded this afternoon to watch sports on the 247 Live stream and every game has a major buffering issue. In addition, the windows 10 download doesnt connect to anything and lastly I have been waiting for two hours for a response from the "live chat".

Works about 1 20% time looses signal. And doesn’t have many of the nfl games

constantly buffers every few seconds...very frustrating...

Just purchase this last week now i cannot watch any live tv nor watch any nfl games.The crazy part I aint even mad about it.I should've known better hope you enjoy that little 50 dollars you ripping people off for I guess yall desperately need it glad I can help out the needy,consider this charity.lol what some people do for money.smh

No response for refund, just a reply on this site which is misleading and false. Who ever is replying to the customer experience must be in another country and has little grasp of the english language. That alone should be reason to run from the service.

I requested a refund the same day I purchased when my sports were buffering and it was clear it wasn’t what I thought. The advertisement said 7-day Trial with full refund. I made the request and had no acknowlegement only that my internet was probably tok slow and mentioning the proper website to go to (the one I was using). Very sketchy site.

UPDATE: March 3, 2022: 247TVStream has still not returned my $42 7-trial fee. They simply stole my trial fee of $42. UPDATE: December 15, 2021: 247TVStream has still not returned my $42 7-trial fee ***that I am entitled to----by their own statement.*** They have simply taken and kept the money I gave them and that their website says would be returned and that they said they would refund to me long ago. UPDATE: November 24, 2021: Online chat with Ray Han today. He refuses to give me the physical address and a phone number for me to contact 247tvstream for me to try to get my refund. 247 website states "You have 7 days to try our service and agree with us that it is worth the price. If not, just call us before the end of the 7th day and we will cheerfully refund your money." I requested my refund before the 7 day period was over. I cannot find any phone number anywhere on the 247 website. Neither can I find any mailing address on the 247 website. 247 contact webpage only provides a way to send them a message.
